In response to Francis and talk about this topic so I propose an interesting article (perhaps not very recent, I think 2002) Institute of Psychology and Cognitive Psychotherapy Post-Rationalist. Apparently many people thought it would be very interesting to have a tool that can give us a measurement of the organization as the prevailing school of Rome has developed. I'm sorry I have not read and I hope to do so as soon as possible! The article is by Angelo Picardi and Gherardo Mannino and is entitled "The personal meaning of organizations: towards an empirical validation."
